1. Services Offered

Hamzah Emour, through UplentraMarketExperts, offers small businesses the ability to request and work with experienced market experts to help grow their business. Users can request, consult, and book a market expert through our platform or communication channels.

2. Payment Terms

  • Users agree not to send or receive any payments or conduct financial transactions with any team member, market expert, or third party without Hamzah Emour’s direct knowledge and approval.

  • Payments owed to UplentraMarketExperts will be collected at the end of each calendar month, after evaluating the business’s financial results and calculating any additional profit generated through our involvement.

  • Payment methods accepted include PayPal and Mastercard only.

  • Businesses that see increased profits due to our services agree to pay 50% of that new profit.

3. Termination of Partnership

Hamzah Emour reserves the right to terminate any partnership or working relationship at any time, without prior notice, if there is suspicious behavior, violation of terms, or actions deemed unfit or unethical.

4. Liability Disclaimer

Hamzah Emour and UplentraMarketExperts are not responsible for any of the following:

  • Loss of business, revenue, or profits

  • Any decrease in sales or unexpected financial downturn

  • Any damages, legal issues, or consequences caused by business operations

  • Any misuse of services by third parties

 Our service is strictly for marketing and growth consultation based on performance.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

6. Contractual Obligations and Agreements


By working with UplentraMarketExperts, all clients (such as cafés, restaurants, boutiques, online businesses, and other small businesses) and team members (including Market Experts, Business Managers, Hamzah Emour as Project Leader, and any current or future partners) agree to sign a formal contract outlining their responsibilities, compensation, and obligations.

This contract ensures that:

  • Hamzah Emour, as Project Leader and active team member, oversees and enforces all agreements.

  • All team members, including the Project Leader and any current or future partners, must sign to acknowledge their roles and responsibilities.

  • Clients and team members fully understand and consent to the terms of collaboration.

  • Payments, profit-sharing, and commissions are clearly defined. Clients must pay 50% of any new profit generated by our services.

  • Legal obligations, including adherence to agreed-upon work, confidentiality, and profit-sharing, are fully enforceable.

  • UplentraMarketExperts, under Hamzah Emour’s direction, retains the right to enforce contracts, including taking legal action to collect owed profits.

  • No services or work will officially begin until the signed contract is in place.

Important: By signing, all parties legally commit to these terms, including profit-sharing. Failure to comply may result in legal enforcement to ensure owed profits are collected.

7. Liability and Earnings Disclaimer

Hamzah Emour and UplentraMarketExperts provide marketing and business growth services based on performance. While our market experts aim to increase your profits, we do not guarantee any specific results or profit increases. All outcomes depend on multiple factors, including market conditions, business operations, and decisions made by the business. Clients acknowledge that any growth or profits achieved are not guaranteed, and UplentraMarketExperts is not responsible for losses, decreased revenue, or unexpected financial outcomes.
